The user* must be at least 18 years old to use the Services of the App. If the user is below the age of 18 years or doesn’t have the authority to agree to the Terms of the App in the user’s country, the user’s parent or guardian must agree to the Terms on his/her behalf. The app owner shall in no event be held liable for any damages caused the user due to non-compliance of this clause.
